Smoking Ad

What is it?

An anti-smoking campaign showing a person holding a child in between their fingers like a cigarette, saying that smoking hurts your family.

What do you think was used to create it?

Photoshop was used to create this. First they lassoed the boy, shrunk him down, and placed him in between the fingers. Then They went back and added text to it.
